What you will do

• Manage regional support across multiple channels for responsive client experiences.
• Handle requests and technical queries per Service Level Agreements.
• Own new customer onboarding including account configuration and hierarchies.
• Log and track interactions and issues in HubSpot.
• Analyze ticket data to generate reports for product and support teams.
• Support billing with exports, usage counts, invoicing, and renewals.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing or technical support role
• Strong Excel skills and data handling confidence
• Clear professional written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality technology or hotel operations
• Familiarity with P&L statements and USALI
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience
