What you will do

• Own customer communications from initial contact to resolution, utilizing hirify.global's own product.
• Partner with customers to integrate hirify.global into their products and resolve challenging technical issues.
• Debug complex issues by analyzing the internal codebase and various customer-side technologies.
• Synthesize customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to influence the product direction.
• Develop internal tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team's processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of technical support experience.
• Knowledge of web development basics: HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
• Understanding of Git, Ruby, Rails, REST APIs, SDKs, and Webhooks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proven success working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or metrics.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to comply with the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Completion of technical coding bootcamps, programs, or courses.
• Experience configuring iOS/Android Plugins (mobile SDKs).
• Familiarity with native mobile development.
• Previous experience in a dedicated troubleshooting environment.
