What you will do

• Sense demand and sharpen positioning for specific offerings across key accounts and markets.
• Lead pipeline qualification and pursuit strategy, assigning Offering Architects/strategists.
• Lead solution and value shaping for proposals and coordinate on major deals.
• Build executive relationships in priority accounts and lead high-stakes conversations.
• Work with partners integral to the offering’s story (e.g., hyperscalers, modernization partners).
• Co-shape EMPC strategy and operating model, running enablement rhythms for the offering.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in consultative sales, solution shaping, and/or account leadership within technology consulting or adjacent services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise modernization, platforms, and/or cloud and ability to connect technical approaches to business outcomes.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits and working as a peer with senior client stakeholders (VP/C-suite) and internal leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and orchestrate diverse teams.
• Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort operating in high-stakes, time-boxed situations (RFPs, QBRs, executive workshops).
