What you will do
- Define and own the roadmap for AI-powered features that modernize spend management workflows for the platform.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver AI features with guardrails, explainability, and user trust.
- Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
- Champion progressive adoption of AI, positioning it first as an advisor, then as a trusted partner.
- Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural intelligence.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ in enterprise software for claims, corporate legal, or law firms.
- Proven success working with complex, legacy applications and complimenting them with modern capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to design products that can adapt to client-specific requirements.
- Experience leading distributed and multicultural teams through ambiguity and AI experimentation.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- A metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in defining or launching AI-driven product capabilities (APIs, Text2SQL, NLP, ML, RAG, IDP, and AI governance).
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows in regulated domains.
- Background in innovation initiatives where emerging technologies were applied to client-facing solutions.
