What you will do
- Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize value while enhancing customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain precise renewal forecasts, collaborating with Sales to identify risks and implement solutions.
- Identify customer needs and apply account management capabilities to drive on-time renewal closure.
- Understand HashiCorp licensing models to assist sales and customers in discussions.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies with partner teams.
- Engage customers on multi-year contracts and advise them on upcoming contract expirations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Renewal Account Management and/or Customer Success.
- Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Experience leading customer retention and adoption for On-Prem & SaaS accounts.
- Deep knowledge of On-Prem & SaaS models focused on enterprise software.
- Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills.
