What you will do
- Build and evangelize the marketing vision and strategy for Hay Day, aligned with the game lifecycle and product roadmap.
- Drive business growth by designing and executing holistic, integrated marketing plans in collaboration with various marketing stakeholders.
- Serve as a key part of the game leadership team, partnering with the Head of Game to drive audience expansion and new user inflow.
- Lead and develop a distributed Hay Day marketing team, fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and empowerment across locations.
- Drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Game Development, Game Operations, and other Marketing disciplines.
- Coordinate global marketing efforts, align with product and business goals, and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in the gaming, digital entertainment, consumer packaged goods, or e-commerce industries, with an advantage in casual and female-focused game audiences.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar global marketing communication campaigns in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience working with a broad range of marketing functions and understanding how they can work together to deliver growth.
- Excellent strategic and leadership skills, with a willingness to get hands-on.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Helsinki or London.
