Lead Product Marketing Manager (Gamedev): Driving the growth engine for the mobile racing game Hill Climb Racing 2 with an accent on user acquisition, performance marketing, and data-driven strategy. Focus on scaling the user base with high-LTV players, aligning marketing and product roadmaps, and incorporating future marketing technologies like AI.

Location: Hybrid (Oulu, Finland), with full relocation assistance to Oulu, Finland for you and your family. Oulu is the preferred primary location, but individual circumstances are open for discussion.

What you will do

  • Define and execute user acquisition (UA) strategy, including budget control and KPI analysis.
  • Maintain oversight of the full marketing mix, guiding UA, community, and marketing art teams.
  • Lead a small squad within the product team, ensuring analytical and profit-driven marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate and utilize various marketing tools and strategies for player reach.
  • Bring a vision for future marketing technology, including AI in workflows and creatives.
  • Ensure a consistent and attractive user journey from UA creatives to in-game KPIs.

Requirements

  • Extensive, tangible experience in User Acquisition and analytics.
  • Proven track record of direct leadership in team management.
  • Practical data skills with a focus on profitability and performance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the free-to-play industry, preferably in performance marketing or commercial roles.
  • Deep understanding of the entire user journey, from ad impression to LTV.
  • English: Primary company language.
