TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Gamedev): Owning the growth engine of Hill Climb Racing 2, focusing on market visibility and player acquisition. With an accent on aligning marketing and product roadmaps to scale user base. Focus on driving UA, analytics, and understanding the user journey to future-proof marketing technology using AI.

Location: Hybrid in Oulu, Finland. Oulu is the preferred primary location for this role. Open to discussing individual circumstances and location considerations.

What you will do

  • Drive user acquisition and analytics, both strategically and hands-on, defining UA strategy and executing it.
  • Understand and maintain the complete user journey, from creatives to in-game KPIs and data assessment.
  • Lead a small team, developing people and ensuring world-class marketing operations.
  • Coordinate marketing tools and strategies, including cross-promotion, in-game news, email newsletters, and notifications.
  • Bring a vision for the future of marketing technology, including AI, and stay updated on new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in User Acquisition and analytics.
  • Proven track record of direct leadership, building high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker with practical data skills.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the free-to-play industry, preferably in performance marketing or commercial roles.
  • Understanding of the entire user journey, from ad impression to LTV.
  • Company language is English.
