What you will do

• Set the global vision and operating model for International Publishing across multiple regions.
• Drive alignment between global brand consistency and culturally resonant regional activations.
• Build operational rhythms for rapid decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing international marketing organization with regional leads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Communications, Legal, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• 15+ years of experience leading international marketing or publishing organizations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Proven success in setting vision and driving long-term strategy in high-growth consumer industries.
• Expertise in global and regional alignment with cultural insight translation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive influence skills.
