TL;DR

Head of Product and Growth: Driving ARPU growth by defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for subscription products, with an accent on maximizing monetization and ensuring efficient feature delivery. Focus on leveraging user data, market research, and UI/UX principles to optimize recurring revenue models and lead cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote within approximately ± 4 hours of Central European Time (CET). Applicants from any country are welcome as long as they meet the timezone requirement.

What you will do

  • Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter, owning all operational levers outside Marketing.
  • Shape the long-term product vision and strategy using market research, user data, and best practices.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap with a laser focus on revenue growth, feature delivery, and speed to market.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams for efficient feature implementation and monetization initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new features and product enhancements, ensuring swift delivery and measurable ARPU impact.
  • Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with subscription-based digital products.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics with clear, quantifiable outcomes.
  • Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems.
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of leveraging user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, promoting operational excellence, and delivering high-impact features at speed.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Background in EdTech or assessment products.
