What you will do

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for core infrastructure systems, platforms, and services.
• Design, support, and evolve the global esports infrastructure.
• Collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team across engineering and operations.
• Develop technical standards and enable operations teams through documentation and automation.
• Participate in global event support as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems, Support, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform for automation and configuration management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience designing and operating containerized workloads (e.g., Docker).
• Expertise in Linux and Windows systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining global infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with operating infrastructure in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
