TL;DR

IT Infrastructure Team Leader (Enterprise Infrastructure): Leading the Enterprise team to manage global cloud services and infrastructure pipelines with an accent on team leadership, technical mentorship, and performance measurement. Focus on orchestrating diverse cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), maintaining critical Microsoft services, and automating infrastructure workflows.

Location: Must be based in Kyiv or Vinnytsia, Ukraine

What you will do

  • Provide leadership and active mentoring to a global Enterprise infrastructure team.
  • Manage and support multiple complex technologies and cloud infrastructure pipelines (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
  • Oversee core Microsoft services including Active Directory, SSO, Certificate Authority, and MS Exchange.
  • Define and drive team performance using KPIs and OKRs.
  • Manage build infrastructure, including Artifactory, Git, and TeamCity.
  • Collaborate across the Infrastructure division to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong experience operating in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of Version Control Systems, Artifact Management, and CI/CD architecture.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Deep specialized knowledge of Active Directory, CA, and Exchange.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
