What you will do

• Support the preparation and submission of UK regulatory applications.
• Advise on the regulatory structuring of new products and services.
• Monitor and interpret UK regulatory developments.
• Provide guidance on consumer protection and financial promotions requirements.
• Draft and review commercial contracts and engagement terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant product rollouts.

Requirements

• UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in financial services (banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets).
• Strong understanding of the UK regulatory framework.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical capability.
• Commercially pragmatic legal mindset.

Nice to have

• In-house fintech experience.
• Exposure to cryptoasset regulation.
