What you will do

• Lead a team of 5 ML and Data Engineers, technically contributing to ML solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure high-impact ML work and foster team motivation.
• Define and prioritize the team's roadmap autonomously.
• Partner with data and software engineers to deploy end-to-end ML solutions and enhance the ML ecosystem.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage new team members, increasing accountability in project leadership.
• Design and implement new processes, tools, and best practices for team efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing machine learning solutions across the ML lifecycle.
• Experience leading a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Engineers.
• Ability to prioritize business-led actions on a day-to-day basis.
• Strong collaboration skills with team members and other stakeholders.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based remotely in Europe, within a maximum time difference of two hours from CET.
