What you will do

• Lead a team of talented engineers.
• Work closely with Product & Development teams to build easy-to-maintain and scalable solutions.
• Ensure product/system availability, quality of service, stability, compliance, and security.
• Coordinate projects, ensure quality standards, and further develop products in cooperation with other departments.
• Responsible for the growth of team members, maintaining and improving team performance and quality of life through coaching and mentoring.
• Act as a delivery manager, ensuring timely project delivery and resolving blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in leading a team or ambition to lead a team.
• Proven experience as a software engineer.
• Willingness to work with both Java and Python (expertise required for one).
• Agile mindset and experience with modern development practices.
• A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work from Germany, with visa sponsorship available for candidates from outside of Germany.
