What you will do

• Lead and manage a squad of 11 Machine Learning Engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Explore architecture gaps, drive innovation, and challenge the team to develop complex features.
• Ensure autonomous and diligent execution of initiatives while maintaining high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Experience in managing high-performing engineering teams, providing feedback, and developing talent.
• Solid background in ML Engineering, AI, or Data Science, with a focus on MLOps, Infrastructure, and Platform building.
• Familiarity with Kubeflow, SageMaker, and Databricks.
• Possess technical depth to challenge the team and understand the ML ecosystem.
