With an accent on strategic customer leadership, people leadership, empowering the team to guide enterprise customers through adoption, optimization, and expansion. Focus on raising the bar on execution, collaboration, and customer value, shaping customer engagement scale, and developing future leaders.

Location: Hybrid role with office presence in Berlin or Munich, Germany. Focus on DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Engagement Managers, fostering trust and impact.
  • Own and drive team KPIs across adoption, retention, expansion, and delivery excellence.
  • Act as an escalation and unblocker for complex stakeholder situations and critical customer moments.
  • Support enterprise customers strategically as an executive sponsor, advisor, or escalation point.
  • Unlock demonstrable customer value and ROI, identifying and navigating expansion potential.
  • Define, refine, and operationalize processes to enable scalable team execution.
  • Advise enterprise organizations through their AI-driven CX journey as a transformation partner.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, PS, Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management with enterprise customers.
  • 1–2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performance teams.
  • Strong track record of owning outcomes and KPIs, driving renewals and revenue growth.
  • Experience handling complex customer escalations and senior stakeholder environments.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
