Location: Dublin, Ireland. Required to work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Deliver structured onboarding engagements using standardised, repeatable packages.
• Configure customer workspaces using proven patterns.
• Run onboarding workshops and trainings that help teams adopt hirify.global quickly.
• Create and maintain onboarding assets including templates, checklists, and guides.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align on customer goals.
• Provide guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, and security best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong project management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new technologies.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and building relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workspace design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software systems.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
