TL;DR

Account Director (Fintech): Leading commercial strategy and driving revenue growth for CCH Tagetik's CPM platform across the Irish market with an accent on executive-level relationship building and high-value opportunity identification. Focus on strategic discussions with finance and IT decision-makers, complex negotiation, and market leadership in corporate performance management.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in GBR - London, Canada Square or IRL - Dublin. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Build, deepen, and expand executive-level relationships with Ireland’s largest enterprises.
  • Identify and win high-value opportunities for CCH Tagetik’s unified CPM platform.
  • Develop and execute a market-specific partner and channel strategy in Ireland.
  • Ensure flawless service delivery through close coordination with consulting, pre-sales, and technical teams.
  • Drive client satisfaction, solution adoption, and measurable business value across the customer lifecycle.
  • Negotiate high-value licensing, subscription, and services agreements at the C-suite level.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of financial processes, corporate governance, and performance management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to grow multi-million-euro enterprise accounts in SaaS/Cloud or enterprise software.
  • Track record of closing complex software and services contracts.
  • Skilled in interpreting client data, industry metrics, and market trends for data-driven selling.
  • Experience influencing CFOs and finance leaders with strategic, value-focused proposals.
  • Capable of orchestrating cross-functional resources to achieve client success.
