What you will do

  • Support the overall project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication among stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status updates, and assist in management reporting.
  • Support implementation of business requirements and change management initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination or management (or strong theoretical background with practical exposure).
  • Solid understanding of project and program management principles, including schedule tracking and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and change management concepts.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.

Nice to have

  • Experience or strong interest in the automotive industry.
