What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and track tasks using appropriate tools.
• Analyze and report on project status and monitor budgets.
• Remediate at-risk or underperforming projects.
• Set and communicate project expectations and success criteria.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and motivate project resources.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of IT project management experience, including in large corporate environments.
• Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale and fixed-price projects.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, project life cycles, and project financials.
• Proficiency in Scrum.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced English.
