What you will do

• Lead and manage the overall project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate and integrate all relevant stakeholders and contact persons.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing briefings and meeting minutes.
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of project documentation.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of business requirements and change management initiatives.
• Identify risks and ensure timely mitigation actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Solid understanding of project and program management principles.
• Strong experience in schedule and timeline management.
• Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience with documentation control and quality assurance.
• Practical knowledge of change management processes.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
