Что делать

• Research the market, topics, and experts to enhance our courses.
• Improve existing courses and develop new ones.
• Negotiate with potential lecturers and support collaboration.
• Manage product promotion at all stages of development and launch of advertising campaigns.
• Interact with marketing, analytics, design, support, and production departments.
• Analyze marketing and sales results and improve courses based on data.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the product and directly influence the business.

Требования

• 2+ years of experience in the position of producer of another educational project / project-/event-/product/account manager.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or analytics (at least 1 of 3).
• Knowledge of a systematic approach, clear processes, and team coordination.
• Ability to understand people who sometimes do not understand what they want.
• Love for order, ability to see the big picture and at the same time keep focus on details.
• Interest in EdTech, desire to develop education and immerse yourself in IT fields.
• Ability to think like a product: see the course as a holistic product that can be analyzed, improved, and scaled.
• Openness to feedback, willingness to experiment and new knowledge.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and move the project forward.

• English at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
• Experience with educational products or in EdTech.
• Ability to use AI tools and integrate them into work processes.
• Experience in performance marketing.
• Ability to conduct effective negotiations and present your ideas.
