What you will do

• Lead project planning, setting goals, tasks, and the scope of work.
• Manage expectations, handle basic negotiation topics, and maintain healthy client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, including preparing and delivering presentations.
• Control project tasks, track impediments, and create action plans using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies in practical project scenarios and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and implement change and risk management processes.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in IT Project Management 2+ years is required.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in Presales/Discovery.
• Experience in Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high self-organization.
