What you will do

• Lead the design of customer-facing journeys and operational workflows.
• Take responsibility for making experiences clear, consistent, and scalable.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to design balanced solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of key design systems and ensure their thoughtful application.
• Design new journeys where existing patterns do not yet exist.
• Help teams move faster and with more confidence through clearer design intent and component reuse.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in product or digital design, with senior-level experience.
• Proven experience owning and evolving design systems, including component libraries and design standards.
• Strong experience designing CMS-driven and operational journeys (e.g., Umbraco).
• Comfort designing with real-world constraints, including regulatory content and operational approval flows.
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding design translation into build.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and bring others along.
