What you will do

• Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile.
• Translate data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, researchers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Advocate for usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company; experience with Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS products is a plus.
• Strong UX skills to design simple and scalable solutions.
• Experience designing within a design system, balancing consistency with innovation.
• Cross-functional mindset, skilled at working with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Storytelling skills to communicate the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Ability to take a project from concept to launch, delivering value quickly.
