TL;DR
Interim Product Owner: Owning and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog for hirify.global and Interrail websites and web applications with an accent on acquisition, activation, onboarding, and adoption. Location: Hybrid, based in the Netherlands (expected to be in the Utrecht office two days a week).

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the Product Team’s roadmap and backlog, focusing on acquisition, activation, onboarding, and adoption for web and mobile applications.
- Translate growth and acquisition goals into product initiatives and experiments.
- Partner with Marketing and CRO teams to optimize SEO, acquisition channels, funnels, and conversion paths.
- Collaborate with the CX team to improve customer experience, reduce friction, and enhance brand trust.
- Utilize data and insights (user/usage, market, research data, A/B testing, feedback loop) for prioritization and impact validation.
- Operate effectively within a SAFe and Agile environment, contributing to planning and delivery rituals.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-marketing or growth-oriented role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with backlog ownership, refinement, and sprint work.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of SEO, acquisition channels, and funnel performance.
- Comfortable working with data, experiments, and customer insights across web and mobile.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe way of working.
- Fluent or Expert English proficiency (C1); must be based in the Netherlands and open to a 4-6 month interim role.
Nice to have
- Experience in the railway, travel, or mobility sector.
- Interest in sustainable travel.
- Certification in Product Ownership and SAFe.
- Experience across both web and mobile app products.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
