Customer Success Specialist (Gaming): Ensuring Second Life customers achieve maximum value by providing personalized, proactive support and resolving technical issues. Location: Fully on-site at hirify.global's Duluth, GA office, five days per week. Schedules may include weekends based on business needs.
Salary: $18.51 - $25.24 hourly. New hires start between $18.51 and $21.88 hourly.

What you will do
- Provide proactive and personalized support to high-value Second Life customers (Concierge, Premium Plus).
- Resolve technical issues and foster long-term customer success and engagement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Utilize various communication channels (phone, live chat, ticketed support) and backend tools for issue diagnosis.
- Identify and resolve potential issues by reviewing customer activity and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with Second Life features and community standards to resolve complaints diplomatically.
Requirements
- Work on-site at the hirify.global Duluth office 5 days per week.
- 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support, ideally in a virtual platform or tech environment.
- Demonstrate a service mindset and passion for Customer Service.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills for real-time interactions, presentations, and meetings.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while communicating effectively across various platforms.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and non-traditional hours.
