What you will do

  • Verify closed-won details and ensure required prerequisites are completed for onboarding.
  • Drive customer momentum to first value by running structured outreach, following up on action items, and removing blockers.
  • Manage a defined queue of downgrade/cancel requests, presenting retention options and documenting outcomes to protect ARR.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers via emails, Loom updates, and high-impact syncs.
  • Maintain clean systems and actionable data by logging activities, notes, milestones, and risks in Salesforce/DealHub.
  • Coordinate expert resources and escalate to appropriate teams when standard onboarding does not meet customer needs.
  • Improve existing playbooks and processes by proposing enhancements when patterns show a better approach.

Requirements

  • Experience owning the post-sale handoff process and ensuring onboarding readiness.
  • Proven ability to drive momentum to achieve first value for customers.
  • Track record of working a save/retention queue and protecting revenue.
  • Strong, customer-friendly communication skills (concise, empathetic emails and syncs).
  • Proficiency in maintaining clean systems and actionable data in CRM (Salesforce/DealHub).
  • Ability to coordinate expert resources and escalate issues when needed.
  • English: B2 required
