What you will do

• Define, analyse, and implement changes across client business and technology teams.
• Lead business analysis activities including process definition and requirement elicitation.
• Shape and articulate clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Assess feasibility, risks, and data readiness for AI/ML/GenAI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into requirements for AI/analytics solutions.
• Ensure requirements include data quality, metadata, and governance needs.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in business analyst roles across data, security, compliance, or cloud platforms.
• Strong background in data management and data security/governance programmes.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of data concepts: data quality, master/reference data, metadata, lineage, governance.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.

Nice to have

• BA/SCRUM/PM qualifications.
• Master Data Management, data governance, data modelling exposure.
• Experience working on projects that use AI, ML or advanced analytics.
• Exposure to AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LLM services).
