What you will do

• Liaise between customers and internal tech teams to gather and analyze business needs.
• Provide business analysis for solution design and assist in defining project milestones.
• Prepare documentation for internal tech teams and support during development and testing.
• Support customer implementations, including issue capturing, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with teams for troubleshooting and facilitate root cause analysis for enhancements.
• Contribute to internal product enhancement and provide subject matter expertise.
• Support the Business Development team in technical pre-sales and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Financial services with a focus on payments and card issuing.
• 10+ years of experience in Requirement Definition.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly, visually, and in writing.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Strong technical understanding, capability and willingness to learn and develop skills daily.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, especially card processing and issuing, including ISO8583, Credit Card, Prepaid and Debit cards, Digital Wallets (Tokenization), domestic payment networks, and PCI DSS.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS.
• Knowledge of data encryption and decryption.
• Experience or knowledge of cloud-based distributed processing systems.
