Salary: $159,000 - $271,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as senior technical authority for partner ecosystem with deep expertise in MDM and hirify.global product capabilities
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance for partner-led solution designs ensuring alignment with standards and customer requirements
• Enable and guide partner solution architects and technical teams to improve solution quality and delivery consistency
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to align partner guidance with product roadmap
• Develop repeatable partner-facing assets including methodologies, templates, and architectural guidelines
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's recommended
• At least 6 years of technology implementation experience with 2 years in MDM platforms and implementations
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud delivery, CRM (Salesforce, Veeva), ERP, and object-oriented technologies
• Experience with business process and governance recommended
• Certifications in Java, Scrum/Agile, or cloud providers preferred
• Must be located in the United States in one of the specified metro areas
