What you will do
- Define and drive strategic approaches for engaging with franchise and enterprise partners, building frameworks for evaluating requirements and prioritizing investments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and synthesize insights into strategic recommendations for Product leadership.
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic partners, managing executive relationships and leading discovery sessions.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Business Development to deliver partner solutions and coordinate API integrations.
- Build scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks to enable the partnerships function to grow and improve operational efficiency through AI tooling and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technical account management, product operations, product management, or strategy consulting.
- 1+ years experience leading and mentoring others.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and franchise/enterprise operations.
- Experience working with enterprise software integrations and APIs.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partners (typically 15-20% annually).
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments, particularly with franchise or multi-location businesses.
- Experience with product management tools (Jira Product Discovery, Confluence) and AI/automation platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier).
