System Engineer (Sales)

TL;DR

System Engineer (Sales): Supporting strategic sales efforts by demonstrating the hirify.global portfolio and recommending solutions to prospective and existing customers across the EMEIA region with an accent on technical consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and presenting complex topics. Focus on building technical trust, enabling partners, and contributing technical insights to sales strategy for complex Apple-centric environments.

Location: Remote in Germany only. You must be based in Germany and have sponsorship to live and work in Germany. Periodic travel (50% travel) to customer sites, events, and internal meetings across the EMEIA region is required.

What you will do

• Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Build trust and establish yourself as a technical expert for customers and channel partners.
• Recommend effective hirify.global-based solutions to address business and technical challenges.
• Support customer proof-of-concept initiatives and trial engagements in complex custom environments.
• Represent hirify.global through keynotes and presentations at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Conduct enablement sessions and technical training for partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consultancy, or technical consultative selling.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Apple in the enterprise, or network-level cybersecurity concepts.
• Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust network architecture.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a field-based role while maintaining strong collaboration.
