What you will do

• Partner with technologists across the business to collaboratively solve problems and lead data/AI engineering practices.
• Develop a north star vision for the domain and demonstrate positive impact and leadership.
• Serve as a specialist in architecting design solution patterns to any use case, considering business and application needs.
• Demonstrate mastery of software design and shape coding methodologies that are scalable, resilient, and stable.
• Possess deep system knowledge and contribute to any component, including troubleshooting.
• Lead collaboration with key partners and contribute subject matter expertise to develop unique solutions to complex issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience for Bachelor's or equivalent, 6+ years for Master's in professional software engineering.
• Proven experience in data modeling, schema design patterns, modern data access patterns (API, streaming, data lake), and AWS.
• Familiarity with various cloud technologies and building data products to support batch and real-time DS, AI/ML, and Deep Learning applications.
• Proficiency in platform development using Python and/or Java.
• Strong understanding of testing and monitoring tools and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of LLM, guardrails, observability, RAG, and Agentic AI.
