What you will do

• Act as an audience data expert and understand how data sets can be used to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Respond to incoming data requests from programmatic buyers, providing timely responses that help drive increased data usage.
• Provide support across strategic accounts, analyzing usage data and generating ideas to increase data adoption.
• Collaborate with data partners to create custom solutions and push them into platforms.
• Help clients find and activate segments in platforms, as well as troubleshoot campaigns.
• Work with the Sales and Product teams to identify new opportunities based on market demand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the digital media industry.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple incoming requests and daily projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of SFDC, Jira, Confluence, and SQL is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
