Director, Product Management (AdTech)

What you will do

• Manage vast taxonomy of B2B and B2C audiences with various data processing and querying methods.
• Create and maintain Audience Solutions product roadmap optimizing identity, source data, build methodology, and platform onboarding.
• Prioritize data engineering team efforts to drive key metrics.
• Design and monitor product KPIs for audience health.
• Partner with Data Supply, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, and Operations to launch products.
• Communicate status, progress, and obstacles to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of product management experience
• Minimum 3 years of AdTech experience
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven product experiences.
• Experience in Agile or lean development environments.
• Ability to build and communicate product vision.
• Skill in managing priorities and leading without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B marketing technology, data, or services.
• Managing audience targeting, insights, or measurement products.
• Understanding of SQL or database management.
