What you will do

• Manage and grow a team of engineers focused on cloud workload protection.
• Drive roadmap and technical strategy for proactive security capabilities.
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions for cloud scale and performance.
• Build and lead a global, distributed team of cloud specialized software engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align cloud proactive capabilities with customer needs.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of proactive vulnerability detections through automated workflows.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in Software Engineering with 3+ years in management.
• Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with distributed systems, Big Data technologies (Kafka, Cassandra, ElasticSearch).

• Exposure to/experience with cybersecurity products.
• Remote/distributed multi-team leadership experience.
• Experience with organizational scaling and process optimization.
