TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Sales Training and Strategy (Healthtech): Responsible for driving revenue growth by equipping Sales and SDR teams with the necessary skills, methodology, and product knowledge in the healthtech market. Focus on coaching, sales methodology, product alignment, and performance analytics to improve ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity.

Location: Onsite in Santa Barbara, CA, or remote within designated hiring hubs (Boston, Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle). Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship or transfer is available.

Salary: $137,000 - $161,000 a year, with an additional $40,000/yr bonus potential plus equity in stock options.

What you will do

  • Own sales training and reinforcement, collaborating with Sales Leadership, SDR Leadership, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing for ongoing improvement.
  • Architect the end-to-end onboarding program for new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Embed and reinforce sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC / Challenger /PClub) through regular call reviews and coaching.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical release notes into actionable sales plays and maintain high-impact sales assets.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training sessions on new features, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
  • Measure the impact and track the effectiveness of training through data, analyzing ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, and / or a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role.
  • 3-5+ years of experience selling to or enabling teams in the Healthcare/Healthtech space.
  • Strong understanding of EHRs, patient journeys and health system procurement.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, etc.).
  • Proficiency with modern enablement stacks—Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CMS tools (Highspot/Seismic/etc.).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
