TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive: Driving full end-to-end sales cycles for new and existing enterprise accounts across Australia, with an accent on Martech/DXP ecosystems, CMS platforms, and content personalization. Focus on new revenue generation, customer enablement, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives for digital transformation initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. Proximity to Sydney is required for occasional in-person collaboration or attendance at Sydney-based meetings.

What you will do

  • Source, position, negotiate, and close new logo and expansion business in Australian enterprise accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals using the MEDPICC sales methodology.
  • Lead value-based consultative sales engagements and articulate customer ROI to C-Level Executives.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, tailored business cases, and commercial constructs.
  • Manage RFI/RFQ processes and advance strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales Engineers, BDRs, Customer Success) to ensure customer value and adoption of best practices.

Requirements

  • 4-8+ years selling enterprise SaaS or PaaS platforms, with expertise in Martech, CMS, personalization, or DXP.
  • Demonstrated experience using the MEDPICC sales qualification framework to close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • History of consistent quota overachievement, including individual responsibility for closing $150K+ transactions.
  • Advanced skills in value-based selling and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing technology, including headless CMS and content personalization.
  • Experience working within a partner ecosystem and expanding existing customer accounts.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in CMS sales is highly preferred.
