What you will do
- Drive UX and product design across the entire product lifecycle, setting strategy for a unified experience.
- Collaborate with other designers on product vision, information architecture, and contribute to the new KF Design System.
- Practice human-centered design methods through deep customer and end-user research and testing.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Research, and Writing to prioritize experiences and jobs to be done.
- Drive a better understanding of users and how solutions fit into their workflows and KF service models.
- Take full ownership of your work, delivering results with clarity and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing incrementally towards a long-term vision for next-generation edtech or learning products, preferably focused on adult learners.
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create polished, development-ready designs.
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead design projects from initial concept through production-ready deliverables.
- Expertise in Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience with FigJam and other remote collaboration tools to plan and facilitate workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions.
- Ability to translate research findings and business requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
- English: B2 required.

- Familiarity with design systems—both contributing to and maintaining them.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
