What you will do

• Define and design end-to-end delegate and visitor experiences across the digital ecosystem.
• Create cohesive UX across multiple products, including registration flows and event apps.
• Map customer journeys and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and the evolution of design systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK
• Proven experience in designing intuitive, human-centred digital experiences.
• Strong ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear design solutions.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Right to work in the UK is required as sponsorship is not usually offered.

Nice to have

• Experience in events, marketplaces, SaaS, or large-scale consumer platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, registration platforms, or identity management.
