What you will do

• Shape the vision and strategic direction of the product line, guiding the product team effectively.
• Define product line strategy and roadmaps, identifying key business opportunities and analyzing market research to drive innovation.
• Uncover customer pain points and identify market opportunities through direct and indirect interaction with customers, prospects, and analysts.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive product growth potential and future innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with agile development teams to deliver products, engaging in technical conversations and weighing technology choices.
• Manage all aspects of product capability throughout the product lifecycle, evaluating and reporting on current product line performance and usage.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry or field.
• Familiarity with top Pay products solution companies and their offerings.
• Strong experience in conducting market research, customer feedback, user testing, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Experience in using agile methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor product development cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
