What you will do

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business objectives, providing tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of hirify.global’s solutions.
• Support sales teams and drive technical wins including storytelling, active listening, and value selling.
• Mentor and guide junior Solution Consultants, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions to influence future product enhancements.

Requirements

• A background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise.
• Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech and strong Value Selling experience.
• Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English to engage stakeholders across the UK and our international workforce.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams and contribute to hirify.global’s strategic growth.
