What you will do

• Prospect and acquire new institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds, and insurance companies in the UK.
• Manage client accounts to ensure complete profiles, correct maintenance, and adherence to hirify.global’s internal compliance and risk management guidelines.
• Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Initiate and lead new business meetings, closing sales with institutional and private clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments and foreign office colleagues to develop sales opportunities and strategies.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in institutional sales within a Bank or Financial Institution.
• Existing network and client relationships in the UK.
• Native English proficiency.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven success in onboarding institutional client relationships and building strong engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in FX and Crypto markets.
• Understanding of electronic trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Integral, 360T) and pricing systems.
