Salary: $73,700–$110,700 CAD (plus uncapped commission opportunities)

What you will do
- Manage, coach, and mentor the Account Executive Velocity team.
- Drive team accountability to attainment metrics and monthly, quarterly, and annual MRR targets.
- Advise on strategic deals and negotiations, ensuring accurate Salesforce data and reliable forecasting.
- Actively participate in territory planning and opportunity development.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and provide continuous training to expand the team and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to represent the Velocity segment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading an inside sales team.
- 2+ years of experience closing deals in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of high performance and coaching high-performing teams.
- Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset, open to feedback.
- Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
