What you will do

• Manage and grow social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Create short-form video content in English.
• Adapt and localize content into ES/DE/FR/IT using AI tools.
• Occasionally launch and develop new social media accounts from scratch.
• Research trends, formats, hooks, and posting strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Video editing skills for short-form content.
• Experience with AI tools for image and video content creation.
• Proven experience filming and editing UGC-style, short-form videos.
• Demonstrated results in achieving high reach and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple social accounts simultaneously.
• Understanding of platform-specific rules, geo restrictions, and posting best practices.
• Proactivity and self-drive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• This position is offered on a project basis.
