What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support to clients and the team.
• Manage various stages of the executive search process, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates throughout engagements.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Identify and support the conversion of potential business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) with the ability to present at executive levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Must be self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.
