Location: Hybrid in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, with 2-3 days onsite weekly and 1-2 days monthly in Aguadilla if based in San Juan.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
• Manage client relationships by interacting in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
• Follow the agreed client recruitment process.
• Communicate the position opportunity and client value proposition effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in recruiting for information technology and corporate positions.
• Ability to work a local hybrid schedule weekly and also travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma.
