System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare development artifacts including use cases, functional/non-functional requirements, and process diagrams.
• Maintain high-quality software design documentation and perform detailed analysis.
• Integrate research, team ideas, and feedback into solution requirements.
• Facilitate grooming sessions to identify and align on technical solutions.
• Analyze root causes of business issues and document various business scenarios.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst.
• Strong backend experience and proficiency in SQL for independent query creation.
• Deep understanding of integration analytics, client-server interaction, REST, and OpenAPI.
• Experience creating detailed system specifications, flowcharts, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Must be based in Cyprus.

• Russian language proficiency.
