TL;DR

Community & Communication Specialist (AI): Managing and supporting internal AI communities and delivering clear communications and enablement programs to build confidence and responsible AI adoption. Focus on translating complex AI updates into engaging messages, coordinating learning sessions, and ensuring content discoverability while tracking performance.

Location: Remote (United States). While remote, preferred location is East Coast.

What you will do

  • Manage and support three Viva Engage communities focused on AI, moderating key channels and mailboxes.
  • Translate AI updates into clear, engaging messages and assets such as FAQs, playbooks, and intranet content.
  • Coordinate onboarding, learning sessions, and enablement events to build AI capability.
  • Maintain and refresh the KF GenAI Center SharePoint and enablement repositories to ensure content is current and discoverable.
  • Monitor and report on community participation and communications performance, generating weekly insights.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community/social media management, learning enablement, or project management.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a very good level of written English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Copilot) and a clear passion for learning and experimentation.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive, hands-on, and continuously improving.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
  • Some design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
